Recreational Academy (Levels 1-2)
Prerequisite: Enthusiasm and readiness to learn apparatus basics

Proper vault sprint form, uneven bar supports, beam dismounts, and floor tumbling agility.

Target Milestones:

Handstands, cartwheels, bridge kick-overs, and beam balance sequences.

Prerequisite: Proficient cartwheel, bridge kick-over, and solid core control

Standing back handsprings, front tucks, and high beam leaps.
